Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Prices include/exclude GST as applicable.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Allergens

While we take care in food preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.). Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Refunds for quality issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations outside of 24 hours of your booking will charge $59 per person on the card held on file. Modifications to your booking are completely fine — just let us know as soon as possible.

Liability

Ernest Deli is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
